When I click on quick ship (which is what I usually do) it does nothing. I tried clicking the add manual order and it will not work either. I have closed out of shipping easy, restarted my computer and cleared the cookies/everything and it still will not go into it. Also, it shows that I have a notification but it will not let me click that. It will not load anything on the dashboard screen. Please let me know how to get this resolved asap as I have a package I need to send out. Thank you!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with pages on ShippingEasy. It sounds like you may be using Internet Explorer?
We have heard reports from many users that open ShippingEasy in Internet Explorer that many pages and features are not loading correctly. Unfortunately, we can no longer support Internet Explorer as it is severely out of date. Microsoft no longer develops for IE so it does not work with many modern web features.
Please try using another browser and see if you are able to open the Manual Orders popup from there.
