Right now you can only use the "AND" to add additional conditions.

What would be nice is to allow for boolean in the text box where we enter the condition.

Say I want to send a reminder email for any customers that have purchased products that contain ANY of the following in their name: "oil, fluid, cleaner, or pads"

There's currently no way to do this.  You could use a category, but Shipping Easy doesn't import product associate categories automatically from my store.  So I would have to manually add each product to a category or do a CSV upload (and do this anytime a new product is added to the store.)
