We use Shipping Easy to ship 8-10k orders a month, and growing. As we try to better manage this process, we need a report that we can run, within a selected  date range, that shows an average "days to ship" (from order date to ship date). This can be done through an export, but I feel should be quickly accessible in a dashboard.  Also, it does not take into consideration any remaining unshipped orders, as those do not yet have a "ship date", which lead us to our second finding. There is no historical data on unshipped orders. We need to be able to run the "older than 7 days report" historically, versus just in real time. I would like to know, on average, how many orders took longer to ship than 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc. These are some standard measurables that any shipping software should be able to provide to ensure efficiencies.
