For a couple of weeks I can't buy postage- and my shipping is piling up. Stamps.com sends me the same message about "technical issues- sorry - etc"
And I have switched credit cards etc- no luck. The same message "Purchase failed. Account exception Exception with code 0x00560102; module 86, category 1, item 2 "
I see you have answered several people about this same thing- but you always send them an e-mail with the answer. Why- is it some big secret? Why not answer it in this help group so those of us with the same problem can see the answer?
Please help- shipping is piling up.
