I created a label on 3/6/2020 and realized after I'd purchased postage for it that it contained an error. I cancelled the order immediately, same day, requesting a refund. Online help guides told me to wait up to 21 days for USPS to approve my refund request. It's now been 24 days, no refund to either my account or my credit card. I wish there was a way to contact support directly.
