My account is set to automatically send shipping confirmation emails to the recipient, and CC me, as soon as postage is purchased. However, I have received no confirmation emails since August 19th, 2020, despite multiple orders being fulfilled and shipped.
I double-checked to make sure my settings were still correct and nothing has changed. I have checked my spam folder just to make sure and these messages are not showing up there either. What is happening and how do I fix it?
