Logout, Account Moved to Right

Almost all websites have the user's account information on the top right. ShippingEasy is not "easy" to use if it is counter-intuitive. When we are in a hurry, to come and go, get orders out the door, lets make the account processes just as easy. Move Logout and Account info to the right on the top menu bar.
