Add Manual Orders to the Top Navigation

Thanks for Changing Parse & Paste and getting rid of the pop us, you streamlined this process!

Next please add Manual Orders to the Top Navigation , you listened and made a change to parse and paste this would complete it, if you added Manual Orders to the top navigation and not have to click it Orders to get to it repeatedly as I process orders, daily I have to repeatedly hit the button,  it would really make this parse and paste processing faster!
