We have two different locations, so having the ship-from zip code be tied to the user instead of to the account or store would make our lives a little easier. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. You should now be able to have a per-user ship-from zip code attached to each individual user. You first need to add a stored address and then, from within the user's account, go to "My Account" and select the shipping address from the drop down.
