A customer replied that they would like to know how the package was shipped, by carrier, in addition to the tracking number. This would be good because they could quickly know where to go (USPS, FedEx etc.) to track their shipments.
Include the carrier with the tracking number

So sorry for the delay in response. I'm sure by now you know that we offer this but I wanted to let you know officially. You can select these as variables in both Email templates and Packing Slip templates.
