Select a store for Manual upload

When you upload a CSV file or Manually add an order for shipping. It would be great to be able to select if those orders should be assigned to a certain store. Right now it goes in as Manual Order. We currently ship for multiple stores and when we need to manually add a order, We can't connect it to that Store.

 

We need this to help track which stores are shipping what and for end of the month reports.

When you upload a CSV file you can assign them to a specific store.

However I do second the request for the ability to assign an order when clicking Add Manual Order to a store. Now it is assigned to manual orders.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for adding that. You cannot assign a regular CSV to any store, but you can assign a CSV to a CSV store if you've made one. You can save it to that CSV store during the process of uploading the CSV. If you do not yet have a CSV store, you can create one by following this article: How to set up a CSV store

When creating a manual order there should be the ability to choose the store you'd like the order associated with for reporting reasons alone, much less branding on shipping labels and packing slips. The ability to change this in a drop-down on the "Ready to Ship" page would also be acceptable, just as you are now able to choose a sub-shipping account.

This is needed for anyone who does drop-shipping for others, or takes manual orders over the phone for their business, or anyone who has a warranty replacement shipment needing to go out months later after the data has been expunged from the shipping easy database.
