Please import customer notes about an order into ShippingEasy. I do a lot of customized orders, and the customer requests or additional notes are mandatory. Sometimes people add things about how to ship the order too. Please import these notes into the order, so it's printed out on the packing list (or at least visible somewhere so we don't miss or forget these notes). My customer notes are coming from all three stores - eBay, Etsy, and BigCommerce.
I have stopped printing my packing slips from ShippingEasy because of this lack of (pretty significant) functionality.

Related to this, we recently added an icon to the Orders page to make it obvious that an order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart. We have had a filter for this for a while, but decided to add a bullhorn icon to make it a bit more noticeable.
