Customer Notes Mapping

Please import customer notes about an order into ShippingEasy. I do a lot of customized orders, and the customer requests or additional notes are mandatory. Sometimes people add things about how to ship the order too. Please import these notes into the order, so it's printed out on the packing list (or at least visible somewhere so we don't miss or forget these notes). My customer notes are coming from all three stores - eBay, Etsy, and BigCommerce.

I have stopped printing my packing slips from ShippingEasy because of this lack of (pretty significant) functionality.

Hi Jen - so sorry for the delay in response. I hope your notes are coming in now.

Related to this, we recently added an icon to the Orders page to make it obvious that an order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart. We have had a filter for this for a while, but decided to add a bullhorn icon to make it a bit more noticeable.

Hi Jen,

We actually have that feature already. I just now ran a test with Etsy and Bigcommerce and verified that our integrations with those stores pull in customer comments and that those comments print on the packing slips. With more time I can run a test on eBay as well, but I would suggest you contact our Customer Success team - it sounds like there is something incorrectly configured.

Hmm - I was working with the support team about this, and they told me to file the support request! I guess I need to talk to them more and link this message, because they're definitely not coming in (it has caused a couple errors). Such a time sink with this back and forth :(

Hello,

I am also having same problem, let me know how we can pass customer comment along with our order to shipping easy. Or there is any setting.

Currently we are getting blank in customer comment. we wanted to set value in customer comment.
