I do a little bit of shipping at my retail store at a different address than my main warehouse. Is there a way to create a secondary "Ship From"...perhaps a secondary login.

Hello Robert,
ShippingEasy currently provides the option to have multiple saved "Ship From" addresses. You can add additional addresses by going to SETTINGS > SAVED ADDRESSES. Click the "+Add New" button, enter the specific details, and "Save".
After these are saved, they will then be available on the READY TO SHIP page. Simply click the "Ship From" address to reveal an "Edit" link. Click "Edit" and select the required address from the dialog that appears.
Our developers are also looking into adding multi-tenant tools that would be applied to specific users. However, we do not have an eta for this yet.

Hi Robert,
We actually just released a new feature where, if you create a new user, you can choose a completely different "Ship From" address. Essentially, you could have a different user for each warehouse. We hope to have documentation on this brand new feature soon, so keep your eyes peeled in our help center!
For now, what you want to do is:
Create a new user: You would do this from your Subscription/Billing page, and then view this: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203085989-How-do-I-add-another-user-I-ve-already-paid-for-the-additional-user-
Add a Stored address of the Ship From address you want to use for the new user, from the settings page.
Go to that user's "My Account" Tab, and select from the drop down their Ship From address.
