Gift Notes

We offer a Gift Wrap/Gift Note option for our buyers and would like them to transfer over to Shipping Easy for gifts that our customers buy. We feel this is imperative with the Holidays right around the corner.

Hi all, 

Thanks for your patience while our team looked into this feature further. Unfortunately, this information does not get passed to  ShippingEasy for us to be able to build out this request. 

This would be a feature request for the store platform.

In the meantime, here is our article for processing gift orders for the stores that do provide those details.

Our Amazon orders show the Gift Note, but not the Gift Wrap choice. Is this in the works?

We also offer gift wrapping with Everyday or Holiday wrap. I request that the selection made by the customer appear on the packing slip. John buns of maui

The note from John was not about a mobile app, but requesting that Gift Wrap notes appear on the packing slip.

Can you add Gift Wrap options to the packing slip? We allow our customers to select Everyday or Holiday Gift Wrap and this choice needs to show on the packing slip so that Fulfillment can wrap the item correctly. Please add this before this coming holiday season. John
