To be sure I understand, this is the issue:

1. You create an order within eBay and the customer uses Paypal as the payment system.
2. The customer leaves a note/instructions within Paypal.
3. eBay sees these notes but ShippingEasy does not get the notes on the eBay orders that were paid by Paypal

Is that correct?

Correct, a customer purchases an item in ebay and has an option when they pay through paypal to leave a note. Sometimes customers leave instructions or have a change to an order, such as color. This note shows up in the Paypal payment as well as in ebay. It would be nice if this information was transferred into shipping easy via the customer notes section.

My client brought this to my attention today. This is actually stopping them from using ShippingEasy for their eBay store. This product has been great for their Amazon and Shopify stores. I want to get them to use ShippingEasy for all stores, but this is one of the issues that has to be resolved before they will. They missed some notes in the past that ended up costing them. And to use it now would force them to cross reference each invoice, which defeats the purpose.

Lillian - we did fix an issue a few weeks ago affecting eBay buyer’s comments not being brought in to ShippingEasy. I am glad this resolved the issue for you?

Matt - When you say you want the "PayPal notes added to eBay orders", do you mean notes the merchant adds to the order in the PayPal account OR notes the customer adds to the order in their PayPal account? As Lillian pointed out, we do now pull in eBay notes placed on checkout so I assume this is different than what you are asking for.

If it is different, can I get more information on where/when these notes are getting added to an order. Also, if you add the note in PayPal, is this note pulling through and displayed on the order in eBay as well? If you have an example order we can review then that would be helpful as well.
