ShippingEasy offers options to print labels in not just 8.5x11, but also 4x5, 4x6, and 4x8. To change your label format, go to Settings >> Labels and toggle the "Default Label Output" drop down menu. Choosing a label size will then reveal several formats in the space below. Just be sure to save your changes.
