I messed up on my label, do I have to start over?

I already printed my order, and realized the I didn't select the correct carrier service. What should I do?

No worries, no need to start entirely over. You can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SHIPMENTS tab from any page on your ShippingEasy account. Hover over the tab and select SHIPMENT HISTORY from the drop down
  2. Locate the order. You can use to search bar in the top right hand corner for speed
  3. Once you pinpoint the order, click on the Green drop down to the right of the order. Select "create duplicate label"
  4. Verify, and then the order gets sent to your "Ready for Payment" Page
  5. Under "options" select the pencil icon
  6. Go back to your Ready to Ship page and edit order.
  7. Print edited label
