I am very sorry to hear that your package has been lost. Unfortunately, there is not much that ShippingEasy can do, as lost package claims will need to be submitted to USPS directly. USPS recommends filing an online claim for lost packages. Please be sure to have the tracking number and proof of value (sales receipt). Once submitted, claims should be processed within 30 days.
