I spoke to Matthew on 1/27/2015 -- our problem is that we have two companies (under the same parent, but with different sets of books/UPS accounts/Endicia accounts/etc.) that pack and ship out of the same space: Thistle Farms and Shared Trade.
Thistle Farms has two accounts: gaile@thistlefarms.org which prints labels for all Thistle Farms online orders using a specific computer/printer; and wholesale@thistlefarms.org which prints labels for all wholesale orders using a different computer/printer.

Shared Trade has one account: melissa@thistlefarms.org which prints labels for all Shared Trade orders using the same computer as the wholesale@thistlefarms.org account.
The only way we've been able to have wholesale@thistlefarms.org and melissa@thistlefarms.org accounts using the same computer is to manually change the ConnectEasy customer identifier and passphrase to match the account that is going to generate shipping labels.

This creates confusion- what we would really like is for both of those accounts to have the SAME ConnectEasy settings, so that either user can login to ShippingEasy and print labels without having to change ConnectEasy settings on the computer.
If you can think of a better way- such as having a way to easily TOGGLE between accounts using the ConnectEasy icon in the system tray, that would be an improvement as well!!
