Mark a Shipment as complete from the shipping screen without actually shipping the item through ShippingEasy

There are many times when we have an order which is completed outside of ShippingEasy (Pickup in Store, SmartPost, Local Delivery, etc.).

We would still like to have all of our shipments logged in the Shipping History at Shipping Easy since this is our 'Gathering Spot' for our multiple web shops. Currently you have to cancel from the shipping list, and then clear from the order screen.

Add an extra Button on the Shipping Cue so it has 'Print Now', 'Print Later', and 'Manual Tracking' or some such verbiage (maybe even with the ability to enter a tracking number from the other source of shipping)
