To clarify, what popup are you discussing? The only popup I can think of is the little bubble you see when you click on the order for more info. If you take a screenshot, you can certainly upload a screenshot to photobucket or tinypic (or a similar website) and link that to us, here. Thanks!

For example the blue bars after you place a Quick Ship. They block the menu. Try either pushing the page down or popping up form below as we will do in our new site.
