ConnectEasy receives a print job, but a label doesn't print

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if anyone been having issues with connecteasy since yesterday. create 2 shipments went to go pay and print only one label print from then on CE just stop working or should I say not working correctly.

The issue is, connecteasy is running as it should and when I try to reprint a label It shows the pop up for print job received however the printer does not print the label.

Yes the printer does work as I switch over to the JAVA print applet I was able to print the label with no issues so I know the printer is working.

My laser printer does work with CE to print packing list.

I really cannot figure what is going on here. If someone can offer some suggestion on what might fix this problem I would really appreciate it very much.

Hi there,

It is likely that you are on a version of ConnectEasy that is no longer supported. I suggest you uninstall the program, then reinstall the latest version. Sometimes there can be errors with later versions. In particular, ConnectEasy version 3.3 has this issue.

Hi Taylor,

I actually got it solved a minuet later, I was trying to find my post to mark as solved but could not. Anyway, what I did was update CE as you suggest and that fix the problem.
