YES! Please!! I just bought a new printer with two trays thinking that this would already be a feature of Shipping Easy so I am disappointed to learn that it isn't. And apparently, it was thought of two years ago (the initial post date for this).

Thank you for writing in, I have recorded your request and sent it to product.

While ConnectEasy does not have the ability to choose different trays, there is a workaround. You can have more than one copy of the driver installed on your computer with each driver defaulted to a different tray, then tell ConnectEasy to have jobs associated with tray one go to driver one and the second tray go to the second driver.

CAUTION: This is not a workaround our Customer Success team can assist with as many printers do not allow multiple drivers to be installed, also having copies of a driver can cause conflicts when trying to do day to day print jobs

I need to print packing slips on both plain and combo labels. It would be ideal to have one printer with paper loaded and have a selection of which tray to print to. What we could really use is a "pre" packing slip. This would be for custom made products that will not ship the same day a packing slip is printed. So for now we have to swap out paper in the tray.

I'd like to be able to load labels in the rear tray and regular paper in the bottom tray.  I'm sure there are many others that would benefit from the feature.

Thanks for taking the time to post in our community forum. Unfortunately, ConnectEasy does not have the ability to choose the printer tray. The PrintNode software is optimized for single paper tray printers, and if more than one tray is presented, it routes to the default system settings. 

Any changes or modifications would have to be done manually through the printer settings on the computer.
