It's a joke that ShippingEasy doesn't offer this VERY BASIC option. The only option they offer is Fedex International Economy which is significantly more expensive than Fedex Ground for shipping to Canada. It's WAY over double the cost!

This is an absolute MUST! Please vote and implement this feature ASAP.

And if I wanted to create labels on Fedex.com, I would have never signed up for ShippingEasy!

Thanks for your feedback on this. I have forwarded your request to our Product Team. It is in the queue to get added but it is not on the top of the list right now.The more interest we see in this, the more likely it is to be bumped up in priority.

I don't understand why we can not select International Ground as a shipping option. We have a lot of clients from Canada and Mexico we shouldn't have to log into our FedEx accoutn and manually enter in a shipment. 

It doesn't make any sense to not offer all of the shipping options

@Hans and @Peter - Thanks for adding your feedback! We hear you loud and clear. Unfortunately, we didn't build support in for the FedEx International Ground when the FedEx integration was originally built.

While we haven't yet prioritized adding the service into the available options, feedback like yours helps us tremendously. We monitor requests across all our channels - and rely heavily on our forums here to see the cumulative interest from all our customers.  We'll continue to keep an eye on this thread and re-prioritize adding this service once we reach a tipping point. 

Yes - VERY BASIC!

Pretty basic to have a less expensive ground option for it.  Shopify allows for it on real time rates, but I cannot actually ship from here with the rate charged when the order comes over so a complete disconnect.

@Chris, we switched to UPS as our main carrier - Shipping Easy has options for UPS ground to Canada / Mexico. 

Except Shopify does not support UPS Ground International only FedEx Ground International for ground shipments....so they support what you don't and vice-versa....

So Complete mess

@Chris we have "UPS Standard" as a shipping option in our connected shopify rates tables which I believe is the UPS ground rate to canada. 

This is a must guys. If we can't offer the full range of shipping options to our clients we look ridiculous!
