Yes this would be helpful. When you have to create a new shipping label and then a return is is annoying that you get automatically moved to the "ready for payment" page. There are three reasons why:

1) Not every package gets returned.
2) Not all the products usually get shipped out or returned.
3) The weights usually are different.

These options would help:
1) Create Duplicate with Return. (Creates both) When nothing needs to change.
2)Create Duplicate with Return and Edit (creates both and sends the label to your "Shipment Page".

This would save so much time.
