Can I create an End of Day form for FedEx or UPS Shipments?

Having a UPS scan form is a great tool for us as it makes it easy to compare quoted costs with what we are billed. Would very muck like to see this feature added.

Having the end of day report from UPS allows our shipping manager to see what UPS billed versus what the quote they provided through the shipping program (ShippingEasy or Worldship) shows. This gives them the ability to address any inconsistencies right away rather than waiting for the UPS bill to come in. This is another way to avoid any unwanted surprises on the bill.

This report was something that they became used to with Worldship, and while it may not be necessary for the driver, it was a welcome part of our manager's daily routine.

Hi Rachael,

We did see the link you posted. Unless I am missing something it seems that only refers to how the driver does not need the form. Which, while they are accepting that, they are not crazy about it.

The comment I left we discussing the usefulness of that form to us, not considering the driver at all. I do not see that discussed in the knowledge base or in the community.

UPS SCAN form

I would very much like to have this option. My Mail pick up people are lazy and do not want to scan every package.  Ebay penalizes us if we do not have each pack scanned.  If we had a USPS Scan Form, they scan one bar code and thats it,,,Please consider adding this. Stamps.com has it, so does 2-3 other shipping companies that I know of...

Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, are you looking for a USPS SCAN form or a UPS SCAN form/End of Day Manifest. We currently *do* allow USPS SCAN forms, but do not support physical UPS End of Day Manifests. Instead, we automatically provide them to UPS via the API for your convenience. If you are looking for a physical copy of this, I would be more than happy to forward your request to our Product Team but if you are looking for a USPS SCAN Form, here's how you can create one in ShippingEasy.

We need a consolidated UPS Scan Form so that we can actually safely hand off our parcels to UPS.  Without this, if the parcel gets lost or stolen in UPS hands we have NO recourse.  Without it we have to ask the UPS driver to scan hundreds of parcels while we stand there.  That's impractical.   If you want to offer a high quality automated service you NEED to add this functionality!

My UPS driver just asked why we do not have a scan form.  Because of not having one during the holidays we end up using a long rolling shelf unit so they can scan each package when it's picked up.  That takes a lot of room in our warehouse and not fun for the UPS driver.  Many times last year they just scanned a couple of the packages and many did not have tracking for a couple of days as a result and phone calls from customers wanting verification their order was shipped as we stated.  (We use the USPS scan form daily during most of the year)
