Have you been getting a lot of packages returned? In the last 12 months over 150 packages have been returned to me! Well, guess what? I FINALLY figured out why.... You are not going to believe this.... Every shippingeasy customer is at risk of the same issue. The character limit is currently 47. However, that doesn't mean that all 47 characters actually fit on the printed shipping label. Chances are that the apartment number is the last bit of information on the address line and the apartment number is not showing up on the label. So if you ship to a location where there are big buildings and hundreds of apartments in the buildings, your customers may fill out all their info on the first address line and their apartment number won't fit on the shipping and the package will return.

Since I noticed this issue (about a month ago) and brought it up to my favorite people in the world at shippingeasy, I have noticed no less than 5 shipping labels with some of the vital address information cut off.

Please vote to have the character limit on the address line shortened!
