Re-sync orders

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread.


Customers call and change orders... nature of business.

We depend on shipping easy to pick correct items and ship.

Shipping easy does not re-sync with true order content if order was changed via shopping cart (bigcommerce).

A button to re-sync would be GREAT!!!

End result.... Customer receives wrong product, we then have to pay shipping back to us and then reship correct item at our cost. Shipping was now paid 3 times to deliver the order.

Thanks so much for this feedback. As we actually already have a similar thread running (regarding a live-update/live API), I am going to redirect you HERE. We are currently making progress with this and now allow the updating of address changes and status changes. We do have it in the plans to eventually change the order, too, although I do not have an ETA.
