Hi Estelle,
Thanks for your feedback. I've gone ahead and forwarded your request to our Product Team. Please keep an eye on this thread for possible future updates.
Doesn't make much sense to have a blackout from 9pm to 12am. While we don't generally ship during that time we do ship in the evenings and there are sometimes situations that could cause us to run past that time frame. This appears to be an Endica rule, but stamps.com does not have this restriction and it makes no logical sense for Endicia to have it.
Wonderful news! I'd just like to make sure I understand this, if I print labels this evening with tomorrow's date then finish up shipping tomorrow with the same date, can those all go on the same SCAN form?
Hello Bill - To my understanding, the scenario that you've described should work now. If you find otherwise, please contact our Customer Success team and we'll be happy to escalate with our engineers. Thanks!
I just want to confirm that it does work now to pack part of my orders in the evening (with the next day's date), then finish up with new orders in the morning and have them all on the same SCAN form. This is a big help to us and I don't have to have extra scans for the postal carrier.
Now if we could just get the priority mail and first class packages on the same form everything would be perfect.
Hi Bill - Thanks for letting us know that these changes are working well for you!
In case anyone else is also interested in a single page SCAN form (for all USPS shipments, regardless of service), please post your comments to this thread:
Thanks!

I have good news! Recently Endicia updated their handling of USPS SCAN forms and have removed this limitation. USPS SCAN forms can now be generated between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM.
If you notice any problems with generating late night USPS SCAN forms, please take a look at our FAQs guide or contact our Customer Success team for more assistance.
