For now, I suggest assigning a rule that uses category colors so that you can easily see who needs to ship what.

Yeah that doesn't really work for us and the way we do things

Hi Jared - I'm chiming in as you present an interesting scenario.

Essentially, the idea behind assigning orders to one shipper, rather than a group of shippers, is so that no two people ever touch the same order by accident.

Since you have 3 people that all divvy up orders from the same store, how do you currently insure that multiple people aren't trying to process the same shipment at the same time?

As we currently have a shipping rule condition that allows you to assign orders to a user based on the store of origin, I'd like to build off your answer to see if it would make sense to use our shipping rules to do something like this:

"Assign eBay orders containing SKUs xxx (or going to a domestic destination, with a specific requested service, less than a certain weight, etc) to user ABC"

Basically, would it fit your team to just add in an additional condition that allows you to assign a subset of your eBay orders to each person?

I would love to see "User" in the IF drop down menu when I create a shipping rule. This would allow us to easily color code each user. Thanks!
