CAN SOMEBODY GET A CLUE HERE ?
It makes perfect sense that the program default to choosing the shipper as the one who pays for the shipment.
It makes no sense that the program default to choosing the shipper as the one who pays duties and taxes on behalf of the recipient. (Yes, I know that I can choose otherwise…but does every employee of every user of SHIPPING EASY get it right most of the time?)
How many businesses want to do pay taxes which a buyer should normally pay?
For example, If SHIPPING EASY sends a scale to a customer in Canada, does SHIPPING EASY want to pay VAT and GST for the recipient?
This is a formal request that you change the default setting.
