Change where confirmation emails originate from

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread.


How do I change it so that the order confirmation email looks like it's coming from ME and not Shipping Easy? When I did the test email, the originating email was "noreply@shippingeasy.com" and to me, that looks unprofessional.

Hi Kelli - Thanks for posting to the forum!

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to change the "noreply@shippingeasy.com" email to reflect an alternate email.

We have an existing feature request post, though, to add this option:

I encourage you to add your comments to this thread or follow it to receive updates when our developers have progress updates.
