Instead of creating the inventory list from scratch, have the inventory database grow by adding product that come across on orders. This could be a selectable option so only those of us that wanted it could use it.
Also, the ability to download the inventory from Shipping easy to make large scale changes (a warehouse move, or to fill in the missing info from auto-created inventory for example) and then re-upload those changes.
Great news! Both of these features have now been released.
We currently automatically bring in products automatically for the following stores:
Amazon, Bigcommerce, Magento, Volsuion, Shopify, and eBay.
We also now allow Product Catalogs to be downloaded, updated, and reuploaded! The link is available on your Products Catalog page. This will be helpful for customers using stores that automatically populate the product catalog - if there are a large number of SKUs, it is faster and easier to do things like edit all the product weights in Excel and then just upload the CSV back to ShippingEasy.
NOTE: If all the values for an SKU are the same as what is
already in ShippingEasy for that SKU, then we don’t show you that
row on the preview screen during the CSV upload. This is to make life
easier for customers who incrementally add new SKUs to the same file
and use it over and over again. So, if you dont see all of your products on the preview screen, its simply because you did not edit that some SKUs.
