When processing Return Shipments, current configuration automatically creates a return label by simply reversing address information. However, as with most retailers, a Return Authorization number is a requirement and must accompany all returns. Since each RMA # is unique, it would be great to be able to have an option for an editable field so this information would be printed on the return label. An example would be something like "RETURNS - RMA #_____". This will eliminate asking the customer to manually write an RMA # on the box. Thank you.
