Marketplace sync issue

As we are trying to adjust to ShippingEasy from our previous shipping platform we are not using ShippingEasy for all of our orders currently. I noticed that when I did a "Sync with stores" yesterday and have since shipped using our other program this morning. When I did another ""Sync with stores" today, none of the orders I shipped using the other program were showing as shipped in ShippingEasy even though they were showing as shipped with tracking numbers in my marketplaces. Does ShippingEasy not recognize that an order has been marked as shipped when the shipment isn't done directly through ShippingEasy? It would be nice it it did. I can see problems in the future with orders that we cancel through our marketplace per customer request and the message not making it to our shipping team in time and the product being shipped out simply because ShippingEasy didn't recognize the order as cancelled since it was done on the Marketplace and not through ShippingEasy.

You bring up an interesting point. You are correct - if the order was not shipped in ShippingEasy, it would have been marked as shipped in the store platform you sold it from, which is not a status we support with our syncing process. That said, it would not be brought into our system. A main reason for this is so that our shippers do not accidentally ship orders multiple times when it has already been shipped.

However, I do understand how this could be helpful to you so I have passed along your feedback to make "Shipped" a status we support.
