Do we have to look at the sam pop-alert everday for weeks.

Site Alerts get old quick:

This is intrusive. And I've read it dozens of times, but every time I log in,
I have to stop my workflow and put the repetitive message away.

Recent updates to the Chrome PDF Viewer are not
compatible with USPS SCAN forms. To resolve, go to
chrome://plugins and disable the Chrome PDF Viewer.
This will cause Chrome to use a different application
to display PDF files.

Hi Andrew - Thanks for posting to our forums! I'm sorry for the problems that our ALERTS are causing. As you can imagine, these are intended to help, not hurt your work flow.

By default, you should see the red ALERT, but it should not be expanded. Rather, if everything is working correctly, the message does not appear until you physically click the ALERT message.

When you log in, do you find that the ALERT is automatically expanded without any additional action on your part?

If so, could you try clearing your cache as a first step? We walk you through clearing your cache in this article from our Knowledge Base. It may be worth a restart of your browser. Then, would you log back into ShippingEasy and post the results in the comments below?
