It would be great if the search feature would be able to locate a order based on the customers full name and also the Amazon / eBay order id. I currently use Solid Commerce which ShippingEasy connects to and pulls in my orders as "Solid Commerce" Store so my eBay order id's are in the customer comment section. I previously ask that if we could separate the Order ID from eBay and Amazon into their own column, this would make it easier to search for those as well.

Hi there. Thanks for this request! I have forwarded it to our Product Team. On another note, we now offer columns on the Orders page for Customer ID and Item Number for eBay. Not sure if this helps, but just wanted to let you know. It sounds like what you are really needing is for SolidCommerce to supply us with the data you need, from your original store (Amazon/eBay) and map accordingly vs. importing the Order ID into the customer comments section - is that right?
Thanks!
Hi Rachael,
I have tried the new columns you have on the orders page and they dont have any information for me in them.
Since I know you guys have done the integration to Solid Commerce I would think it would be up to your developers to have mapped the data correctly since ShippingEasy is the one that is using the Solid Commerce API to pull in data.
Hello,
I see that we have a ticket in the queue to bring in Amazon and eBay order IDs, but I am not sure on the status of that. Please keep an eye out here for any updates. I believe we are also looking into it being searchable.

Wholesale Ventures,
I wanted to reach out to let you know that you can now search, using the Global Search Bar, by first name, last name, or full name. You can also search by alternate order IDs/numbers and recipient email! We hope you are as excited as we are about this release!
