Hi Douglas,

That sounds like a brilliant idea. I know we are always looking to improve functionality so I will forward this to our Product team. I was curious, however, if you were interested in an iOS application or Android? If you are interested in Android, I highly suggest posting to this alternate thread. If you prefer iOS, I will make sure to update this thread accordingly so that our Product team knows which platform you prefer.

I too would like to see a mobile app. I had to use shipstation for about 2 months before shippingeasy had integrated with walmart. Their app is great. You can clearly see all of your orders, it notifies you when new orders are imported, gives you a breakdown of the revenue and number of orders in the past day, 7 days, month etc.

You can even print labels from the app. It is really really awesome. Someone from shippingeasy should look into that because in my opinion, thats one of the few areas that shipstation is better.

So almost year later and no new app to work with iPad? Come on guys, no mobile app is absurd in this day and age. If I am out of the office I have to lug my laptop around only for Shipping Easy, everything else works with the iPad, get with the times!

Or off to Ship Station we go!

Yeah iOS support would be great. I will have to look over ShipStation if they offer this. Would solve a few issues I have to work around with ShippingEasy and fulfilling orders remotely.

Just signed up for shipping easy and have really been liking it.  Went to setup the mobile app only to realize THEY DON'T HAVE ONE!!!

We'll probably finish out the trial and cancel - i hope i can get back the USPS Endicia dollars we paid.

The web version for your site is not user friendly.  Access on the go in 2018 isnt too much to ask for.  Its 2.5 years since this topic was started and still nothing??

Hi Everyone,

Hi Creed, Ray and David,

Thank you so much for your feedback!

Customer feedback is incredibly helpful to us as a means of learning what could help our merchants, so we know which new features to build. This feature will be under consideration for prioritization.

While we don't have a complete mobile option yet, we have heard from many customers, that they are able to access and use our app successfully from a tablet device.

In the meantime, we've logged your requests and it will be considered for future prioritization. If there are any updates to your requests, we will post them here.

If we hear this request from other customers, we will ask them to comment or follow here as well.

+1 on this. Doesn't even need to be a downloadable app just a working website on mobile...ShippingEasy is already using Bootstrap, a mobile-first front end framework, after all!

Definitely agree with needing a mobile app, would make it possible to keep track of things without needing my laptop with me all the time.

If a mobile iphone/android app is not currently planned, please prioritize the mobile web app functionality sooner. Having the ability to use tablet is nice, but not a preferred method.

I am still shocked that 2019 is upon us and there is still no shippingeasy app. It is critical for us to be able to streamline our business management and inventory control via apps as we use mobile devices a lot! Please make this a priority!

Hi FBA Prep,

Thank you for taking the time to post on our forum. I have logged your support for this request.

We are making upgrades to how the platform operates on a mobile device.

If there are any specifics you are looking for, that would be helpful to log for our product team.

Yes, inventory control with barcode scanning. ie: scan the item, then scan the location. Or scan the item and update inventory count
