I want Customer comment and gift notes to show in Pick list.

Hello Eric,

Great news! This feature is now supported! You can edit and customize the columns displayed in your picklist. You can access this feature by going to Settings > Pick List.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for reaching out. While we do offer this in both packing slips and emails (as variables), we do not currently offer this in pick lists. I can certainly see why you would need this, however, especially if picking custom items. I will be sure to forward this to our Product Team. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.
