OpenCart 2.0 Integration

Opencart recently updated their software in such a way that extensions build for previous versions do not work with the new iteration. As I have already migrated to 2.0 I am seeking out a solution for our shipping needs and would love to be on board with shipping easy. Unfortunately that would require signing up for a onesaas account as well. Do you have a time line on when an update will be implemented?

Great suggestion. I will pass this along to our Product Team and developers. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA but please keep an eye on this thread for possible future updates. I completely understand the need for more of a direct integration but in the meantime, you can utilize our manual order or CSV upload tools. Thanks again!

That will be nice to have a support for OC 2.0.X.
I also have installed few OpenCart sites for my clients and they are seeking for USPS shipping label tools like ShippingEasy. I am shippingeasy for my own business but I have to do it all manually.. Please help here.

Is it possible to prioritize this. I have two accounts and two shops that migrated to Opencart2. If I can't use shipping easy, I will have to find a different solution. I like shippingeasy, but I never realized that the opencart support is only for the ancient 1.5 version.

Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback. We'd be truly sad to see you go but unfortunately, this doesn't look to be prioritized yet. We are currently on a coding freeze until the New Year to ensure the integrity of the application for all users during this busy season. That said, we will resume the reviewing of any requests for changes in 2016. The more interest we see in any features or changes, the more likely we are to prioritize it. Hello, can you please integrate opencart 2.X. You guys have never released a new upgraded extension for 2 years after the first release. Lot of people have moved to Opencart v2.x and for this reason we are thinking of going to another shipping software who support opencart v2.x. Can you please update and support opencart 2.x ASAP? Thank You

Thank you for the continued feedback. Presently, we do not have any set plans to support OpenCart 2.0. However, we'll continue to monitor demand for this and prioritize development work accordingly.

I already moved away from shippingeasy for that reason. Others offer opencart2 support. It's really sad, i was happy with the service until...

It's a shame how little shippingeasy cares.

I have checked with an excellent developer and he said he can make upgrade of Shipping Easy opencart extension from current 1.5.6.1 to most recent version of Open cart 2.x.

He is ready to do it for $300 and it takes only 2 hours to complete the development and make it ready to work on new version of opencart which is 2.x

Can you please see if you can help us getting the version upgraded so everyone can use it.

Jonathon at Clear Thinking is a great developer I have used him many times.  My site is running OC 2.3 and I have been very happy with shippingeasy thus far but if it doesn't support my site I am gone tomorrow.

One of the main reasons I signed up for Shipping Easy was the ability to track inventory on Amazon and my Open Cart only to find out that it doesn't work with version 2.3 which we just upgraded to. It is causing a problem because I have to manually adjust my Open Cart store much more frequently so the quantity is correct. As Open Cart is starting to bring more customers, this is going to be a real problem. I really hope that the suggestions from the people above can become reality when you have the help of a good person to lay the ground work.

Adding compatibility for the current version of Open Cart would be even better than doing it just for version 2.0.  I believe the current version is now 3.0.2.
