Deal specific Reports

I want to generate Deal-wise and store-wise shipping report to see how much I spent/saved on shipping. But looks like the only way to do so is download the report, make a selection and generate. It sounds easy but then if I have to make a selection date/store/deal -wise, it gets tedious. As a result, my reports are never generated :(

Is there any less-step process to do so?
