Synchronization with orders created using M2E pro for ebay and amaon

Hello,

We have integrated ShipEasy extension on our magento website and also have integrated M2E pro to list and sync orders from Ebay and Amazon. The problem we are facing is with orders Ebay and amazon orders created using M2EPro. Such orders are marked as Completed in backend but still shows the status Pending Sync. Also when we view those orders in M2E pro orders ,it shows marketplace Id and user Ebay Id but does not appear in shipEasy. Please help us in rectifying these two problems. As our website is Live and so it is very critical for us.

Hi Surya,

I was unable to find your ShippingEasy account, however I do have some information from my Product Manager on the M2E Pro plugin with Magento and ShippingEasy.
There are a few limitations as of October 2015:
1) The M2E Pro plugin doesn't support updating your orders on Amazon as shipped. We will updated the tracking information to Magento, but the plugin wont pass this information along to Amazon. This is a limitation with M2E Pro, not ShippingEasy.
2) There are some display issues with orders that come from Amazon. The way the plugin passes us the order data make is hard for us to differentiate between configurable and simple items so we sometimes end up in situations were line items are duplicated.

We have not tested syncing this plugin for the eBay MarketPlace ID and User ID. If you are on a paid plan, would you please contact us using the links in your ShippingEasy account (chat, email, phone)? If are on our Starter Plan, would you email issues@shippingeasy.com?
Please include:
The company name on your ShippingEasy account
2-3 order numbers that are missing the Marketplace ID and User ID (preferably non-shipped orders)
A screenshot of these orders on eBay and Magento. Please verify the MarketPlace ID and Buyer ID are showing on the plugin as well.
