FedEx shipping quotes are comprised of the service rate as well as possible surcharges. A common surcharge is related to the address type, such as residential addresses. 

ShippingEasy will display any fees that it thinks will be charged based on the information available via your account and the FedEx API. To best understand FedEx fees, I recommend referencing FedEx.com - Surcharges and Fees - or reaching out to your FedEx account manager.
