I am linked to my Shopify web site. My packing slip double-prints the item name, and I can't figure out how to modify template or HTML to stop it. Not sure if it is something in ShippingEasy or in Shopify.

Since your item names are being displayed twice, it sounds like your product names may be stored as the 'product option' data, as well as the item name.
Within ShippingEasy, you have the option to "display product options" for your items or not display this information. Would you try updating your settings so that product options are not displayed?
We provide steps to set up this option in the following article, so you would just "uncheck" the option within your settings instead:
