I was wondering if you guys offer any other services where we can integrate all our store channels (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.) that automatically imports all our customer’s info / orders, customer service software, shipping new orders / warranty orders all in one.
We are looking for something more robust all in one software thats more intuitive. Kind of a fusion between all these softwares together Appath (http://www.appath.com), Zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com), and ShippingEasy. That way our customer support team uses only one software instead of having to log into multiple accounts and softwares.
We’ve been looking around into the marketplace, but nothing to be found and thought this feedback would help add addition features and services. Look forward to hearing back from you guys.
