I'm having trouble creating an Endicia account

I'm having trouble regestering for a free Endicia first class postage account. I enter all info and click on register and rolls over to the same page again with no error message.

Hi Marvin,

If your account is failing to create, there are a few likely reasons listed here.

These reasons include: Using a postal code with a 0 in front, phone numbers with dashes or parenthesis, PO Boxes, using your company name instead of your actual name. Please follow the instructions in that article to correct those errors.

You may also want to clear your browser and cache before you try to create your account again in Settings> Shipping Providers (Rates). 

If you are still unable to create your account, please email us endicia.account@shippingeasy.com

Please provide the following details:

  • Your legal name
  • Your billing address
  • Your phone number
