Stealth Postage for Flats/Large Envelopes

For years, I have used Dazzle (Enidicia).  I just started using ShippingEasy and it is a dream!  Syncing with Shopify to batch print shipping labels saves so much time!!

 

There is one thing I am having an issue with...

 

With Dazzle, I can print nice looking First Class labels for Flats/Large Envelopes ($0.98) and they include Stealth Postage.  With ShippingEasy, this is not possible.  The labels themselves are fairly plain looking (I can deal with that), and they clearly show the postage amount of $0.98.  How come Dazzle can print Stealth postage for this class, but ShippingEasy can not?

 

Can this please be changed?   Thank you!!

We've heard from Endicia and it appears the issue has been resolved. Hopefully you are now seeing more stealth postage than before. If not, please let us know. Thanks again for sharing this with us!

Hi Steve, 

You bring up a great point! While looking into this for you, I noticed the same thing. That said, we've spoken with Endicia and it appears it was a bug that they plan to fix in February. We'll make sure to keep you apprised as we get updates and when the fix is released. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!

Ahhh!!  That is disappointing to find that it was a bug in Endicia's software.  :-(

Thanks!!! I have noticed that I was getting Stealth postage on my $0.98 flats First Class postage. That helps A LOT!!
