This is new account, first week. Added more than enough postage, balance shows funds in account. Can't print USPS label, shows "Please Add Postage in order to continue." ummm. where?

Found that we have two Indicia accounts, one is for Priority Mail, which is almost 100% of our outbound, and one for First Class - I accidentally funded the First Class account. I hope the funds can be transferred to the other account here!

Thanks for posting in our forums! I'm glad you were able to figure it out.
Endicia, our label partner for USPS, requires a separate account for Expedited vs First Class postage. The accounts are generated when you sign up for ShippingEasy.
You can see these accounts in ShippingEasy on Settings > Shipping Providers (Rates). Here is a link that will show you that page if you are logged into your ShippingEasy account: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/providers
There will be separate account numbers listed, as well as separate login information to update your billing with Endicia. These balances are non-transferable. The only way to refund the postage would be to close the Endicia account.
Here is how each Endicia account is billed for your postage purchases:
Endicia First Class: All Domestic and International First Class, Media Mail, Parcel Select
These will appear on your credit card statement as ""USPS Postage (Internet) 800-576-3279""
Endicia Expedited: All Domestic and International Priority Mail and Express Priority Mail
These will appear on your credit card statement as:
""Endicia Postage (EMS)""
