Hello! We send orders via the ShippingEasy API. In the https://app.shippingeasy.com/orders all the orders appear with the correct total amount http://screencast.com/t/jVCl7xzB7Ccs, but in the packing slip price and total amount are empty http://screencast.com/t/aXfH0OCa5.
How can we solve this issue?

Thanks for posting in our forums! As mentioned in our email correspondence, ShippingEasy does not currently support populating the value for each SKU with the open API. However, we do support syncing the order total for your shipments. I do suggest you change the default template, and add the order total field instead of the cost per SKU to avoid confusion with your customers.
Otherwise, I have re-categorized your post as a feature request so that when this feature is supported by the open API, you will be notified!
