Shopify Orders have stopped syncing

My orders have stopped syncing and I'm not sure why. I checked the troubleshooting article and I can't find anything that would be causing a problem. I would be grateful for some addition help. Thanks!

Hi Beverly!

Thanks for posting in our forums.

I took a look at your account and it does appear you re-integrated your Shopify store and it is now syncing. Since your original store is now archived I did not want to change your settings in case your orders double-sync, however I believe this was due to your automatic order download settings. If this happens again, I have outlined how to fix this below.

If your account has been idle (no labels purchased) for 21 days (for those on the Starter plan) we will turn off the automatic order downloads for your stores. This is to ensure that server space is used to optimize the application for active shippers. We want to be as efficient as possible. But no worries!

You can re-enable this in Settings> Stores and Orders> Edit store settings> Uncheck the box that says "Disable Automatic Downloads> Save.
Here is a step by step and more information.

To sync orders that were placed while automatic order downloads were turned off, just press "Sync with Store" on the Orders page in ShippingEasy.

Please let me know if you have questions!

Warm regards,
